This carefully designed Tanzania migration safari combines Tarangire National Park, the Northern and Central Serengeti, and the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins upon arrival at Arusha Airport, where your guide will welcome you. With a packed lunch, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds and towering baobab trees.

Enjoy an exciting game drive, spotting elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes. Tarangire is especially rewarding during the dry season, when wildlife gathers along the river. You may also experience authentic Maasai culture. After the game drive, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2–3: Karatu to Northern Serengeti – Witness the Great Migration

After breakfast, drive to the Northern Serengeti with a packed lunch, enjoying a scenic half-day game drive en route. Upon arrival, check into your tented camp for dinner and overnight.

The following day is dedicated to a full-day Serengeti wildebeest migration safari. Here, you’ll witness over 2 million wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles moving in unison, often pursued by predators. Depending on the season, you may see the dramatic wildebeest river crossing safari, one of the most remarkable wildlife events on earth.

Day 4: Northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti. After enjoying the wilderness with a packed lunch, travel to the Central Serengeti, renowned for its predator-rich ecosystem and open savannahs.

An afternoon game drive will introduce you to lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herds of herbivores before heading to your camp for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 5: Central Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool before a final game drive. Later, return to Arusha or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable 5 Day Tanzania safari package.
